Who is Dymond?
Simply put, I'm a lifestyle influencer who's obsessed with all things fashion and beauty. A Clark Atlanta University Fashion Merchandising Alumna. I'm a Buffalo, NY native who moved to Detroit in high school. I currently reside in Atlanta, GA. I'm a creative who's a lover of everything fashion and beauty. My purpose is to encourage and uplift women to be the best version of themselves. I'm here to share my experiences to help you avoid my same mistakes.
I’m the author of my own life and I’m currently writing in pen. I can’t erase my past and honestly if I could I wouldn’t want to. For my age, I’ve been thru a lot and the bad times have honestly shaped the woman I am today. I’m NOWHERE near perfect, I battle with myself daily on ways to become better. You may also know me as Domonique. Diamond is a nickname my grandmother gave to me on the day I was born because i was her precious stone. In the 6th grade, I met a girl named Diamond and hated that someone had the same name as me, so I decided to change it to DYmond.
My whole life, I've been a closed book. Never really told a lot of people what's going on with me. People wouldn’t know if I was sad, happy, frustrated or even annoyed. But being a closed book isn’t necessarily the right way to be in life. You should be open, you never know when your struggles can help the next person. That's why I created Dymond’s Diary to help YOU! It’s a place where not only me but we all can breathe life into our hurts, mistakes, frustrations and even happiness.
