Don't Lose Sight Of The Goals & Dreams You Want

WHAT DO YOU WANT? 

I love to use the first of every month to reflect on the previous months. I'm constantly doing self inventory. I look at habits, and traits that helped me get closer to my goals and dreams. Not only do I celebrate the wins, I also look at the things that I struggled with. I struggled with consistency and self discipline in February. My lack of self discipline lead my to be inconsistent in many areas of my life. I had a real conversation with myself to identify why I struggled with it and what I need to change moving forward. Being on vacation, really allows me to connect with my inner self and gain clarity. Especially when I'm surrounded by people who are focused and crushing their goals. 

This year, I'm really trying to elevate my life from the inside out. Everybody says, "If you want better, you have to do better." Meaning, it ultimately is up to you. It's so easy to lose sight of the dreams and goals you set, but you can't! I had to write my short and long term goals on a white board in my room so that I can see them daily. Don't let your current season or job allow you to become stagnate. I found myself falling off and I had to come up with a plan on how to get back focused. I came back home back activated and ready to kill it. I had a quick chit-chat with myself to get back focused, and recorded it for the video above. If you find yourself getting comfortable, you have to snap out of it. Go back to those goals you once wrote down, go look at your vision board, don't lose sight of the things you want. Do the work and they will come! It's ok to slow down, but don't stop chasing your dreams, no matter how far they seem. Shake that lazy spirit off and get back to the grind!
