Blogmas Day 17

dymond Phillips • Dec 17, 2017
On Blogmas Day Seventeen, I started my Sunday like any other Sunday. Started my morning by going to church. Of course, I was late but hey I made it. I was able to go to the noon service since I was off work. Church was amazing like always, we had a guest speaker. I can't remember his name but he was a pastor from South Carolina. He spoke about forgiveness, and how especially around the holiday season you have to be open to move on from past situations. Everybody's family has issues and problems , but you can't allow these problems to let you forget what Christmas is all about. It's not about the gifts or going in debt, it's Jesus birthday so act accordingly. Society makes you think it's all about buying the latest toys and gifts but that's wrong. For my family it's the time for us to come together and give praise to God for his blessings.

After church, I went to Starbucks of course. But when I got there I was upset because there was somebody in my seat. Now tbh it isn't MY seat but it's the same spot I sit in everyday. The only open seats were at the middle tables and I hate those because it's no outlets at those tables. I had work to do, so I had to find somewhere else to go. Then I remembered the hookah bar I found a few weeks before and ran over to House Of Hookah. When I got there it was a few people already there watching the football game. I love how chill and mellow this place is. Every time I go I'm able to get so much work done. I even ordered wings and a hookah. Surprisingly, the wings were really good.
After I left there I went back to Starbucks because I really wanted a Frappuccino. I stayed there for about two hours and then went home to relax. Well that’s all for blogmas day seventeen...until tomorrow ✨
