Meet Ja’hnysha Blair! She’s a Detroit native, who’s a visionary with an eye for fashion and a focus like no other. Ja’hnysha is the founder of Shop J Blair and J Blair Lux Label. Shop J Blair is a women’s boutique that sells the most adorable pieces that are purchased wholesale. Ja'hnysha started the company two years ago and it has grown so much in just two years. The boutique sells dresses, pants, sets, accessories and more. There’s a lot of boutiques in the world, Shop J Blair caught my eye, not only because the pieces are different, but the consistency and dedication Ja’hnysha shows is unmatched. I love seeing her branding, from the website to the hang tags and even the packaging! Shop J Blair is an experience like no other. Ja’hnysha Blair is also a fashion designer, her brand, J Blair Lux Label, is where she designs unique clothing pieces. I was scrolling thru Instagram and saw, Nichole Lynel, a fashion icon, raving about these pink feather pants. I had to find out who the designer was, and lo & behold, it was Ja’hnysha. If I had to describe her brand, it would be feminine, unique and lux! 

After watching and stalking her page, I knew I had to bring her on. Ja’hnysha is an overachieving dreamer, who uses her platform to show the world how to follow their passion. When asked why she thinks she’s been able to get this far, she responded, “It’s what I eat, sleep, and think. It’s my dream and that is what drives me to keep going and to always bet on myself!” This interview was one of my favorites. The conversation is going to encourage you to keep going on whatever your dream is. Ja’hnysha was very transparent, and shared the truth of operating a business.
